Refund Policy
IWLA's Education & Research Foundation will assess a $99 administrative fee per member attendee for registration cancellations received in writing on or before June 1, 2009. Registration fees will not be refunded after this date. Substitutions will be accepted for members and non-member. No refunds will be given for no-shows.

Cancellation Policy
Programs are subject to cancellation if enrollment is insufficient. In the unlikely event this program is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded. Neither IWLA nor the IWLA Education and Research Foundation is responsible for costs incurred by registrants in the event of program cancellation.
