Warehouse Law Update Kevin M. Phillips, Fisher Kanaris PC & IWLA retained counsel, & T. Nicholas Goanos, Fisher Kanaris PC Phillips will look at Illinois warehouse caselaw, particularly how new caselaw affects warehouse operations, and Goanos will provide an update on changes in Illinois employment law. Strategies for Selling in a Recession Chip Scholz, President, Scholz & Associates The last year has been one of unprecedented change.
